Corporate Governance

A good corporate governance system aims to optimize the value of companies, the protection of assets and the balance of stakeholders’ interests. Good governance practices are also decisive for improving management, facilitating access to capital and contributing to the sustainable performance of a company’s business and legacy.

Our approach is focused on the individual and his self-knowledge, so that it creates the conditions for the processes of change, development and improvement.

Organizational Culture

The culture of a company is the set of beliefs, values and meanings shared by the members of this organization. Such set guides decision making and choices of future paths to ensure the creation of value for an organization. Our approach towards culture management is structured to measure, support and conduct processes of transformation at company’s culture, and consists of mapping the values and behaviors practiced by individuals in an organization, in order to plan and develop the cultural environment aligned with the business strategy, mainly with the desired culture and vision of the future that company intends to achieve.

FERNANDO GOES | Founding Partner   

He worked for almost 20 years as an executive among Citibank, Burson-Marsteller and BankBoston, the latter as statutory director. He has been working for more than 10 years as Advisor and Executive Coach for C-level, with training from ICC and ICF, and is also CTT – Practioner in Cultural Transformation’ by the Barrett Values Centre.  

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Unifacs/BA and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from the University of California at Berkeley. He holds certificates in Leading Organizational Change from Columbia School, Strategic Negotiation Program from Harvard School, Competitive Marketing Strategy from Wharton School, International Management Program from Rotman School, Program on Corporate Governance from Yale University and Digital Board Program from Hyper Island. He has training as a Board Member from IBGC and Fundação Dom Cabral.

He has acted in many Boards and is currently an independent board member. Serial Entrepreneur and Angel Investor, with more than 20 projects in portfolio. He was Advisor to the Instituto Cacau Show and supports some third sector organizations and teaches Leadership at HSM Education.ial e Investidor Anjo, com mais de 20 projetos em portfólio. Foi Advisor do Instituto Cacau Show e apoia algumas organizações do terceiro setor e professor de Liderança da HSM Educação.
